How we use your details
Last updated 6 October 2026.
B³ is a small London home bakery. This page explains what we collect through b-three.co.uk and what we do with it.
What we collect
- For order requests: your name, email, mobile number, address, the items and date you request, whether you’re happy to use WhatsApp, how you found us, any notes, and any code you use.
- For the updates list: your name, email, the areas you’re interested in and, if you give it, your postcode district.
Why, and on what basis
- Order requests: to reply to you, arrange and deliver your order, take payment, and remember what you’ve ordered before so we can serve you better. We rely on your request (steps before a contract), and on the contract once you pay.
- Updates: to email you news about B³ and your 10% code. We only do this with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.
We email order details and payment links. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we may also message you there to arrange collection or drop-off, in which case your number and our messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy terms.
We don’t sell or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Supabase stores order and customer records.
- Google (Gmail) sends and receives our emails.
- Our payment provider (such as PayPal or Stripe) processes payments under its own privacy terms. We never see your card details.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Order records: for as long as tax rules require us to keep sales records, then deleted.
- Order requests that never went ahead: up to 12 months.
- Updates list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing bthree.hi@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
